This term, our Pantry and Breakfast class will cook for the cafe. The menu focus is North American short order cooking, or diner fare. Pantry and Breakfast is a first year class, students are fine tuning the basics and learning the flow of line cooking. Although this menu is not as fancy as the Specialized Cuisine menu, it will offer solid renditions of some classic comfort food. Feel free to check out the menu before making reservations.
