Knowledge is Power

Our café operates during class time, so the menu and service are dependent on the course offerings. This term, the café kitchen will be run by the Pantry and Breakfast class with instructor Chef Molly Greenwood.

Pantry and Breakfast focuses on short order cooking, breakfast cookery, vegetable preparation, hot and cold sandwich production, and a variety of salads.

The front of house service staff are students of Customer Service, taught this semester by Jaime Ossello, who has 20 years of Front of House Management under her belt. 

​

All baked goods, bread, and dessert items are a collaboration of culinary and pastry classes. 

​

We are offering 3 services Fall 2024:

11/21 - brunch a la carte menu

12/5 - lunch a la carte menu

12/12 - set 4 course menu

*tentative menus will be posted 10/21/24

Our café is open to the public and we heartily invite you to share in this revered educational experience.

​

We are open 11am - 12:30pm, for dine-in service on the four Thursdays listed above.  Our café seats 40, with the option for outdoor seating under our umbrellas. Reservations are required - the last seating is at 12pm.  The restaurant firmly closes at 1pm, we ask that all patrons leave by then so that our students can concentrate on closing and leave when class is over at 2pm.
